Surfs Up!

I have been down the beach today

I made this card by stencilling the waves at the bottom and adding the sand

The surf boards were made using a small oval die cutter, I cut the ends off and glued them so they look like they are in the sand

The sentiments are stamped

I am linking this card with

  1. Lucky you being at the beach! And it sure inspired a very creative card. The way you made the waves and sand is such a good idea and then using a die to make the surf boards-really thinking outside the box-love it! So good to see you at Time Out x

  2. Great way to make the waves. Thanks for sharing with us at Little Red Wagon this week. :)

  3. So much fun!!! Love your wonderful beach scene. Thank you so much for taking the time to play along with us at Time Out!

  4. What a fun CAS beach scene. Love the repetition of color in the surfboards and waves! Thank you for joining us at Time Out!

  5. So jealous of you being at the beach. Its Winter here in NZ but today you would have thought it was Summer it was so hot. Global Warming is definitely real! I just love your stencil work, its done so perfectly and the colours really capture the beach. And such a cool idea to use the oval die as a surfboard, very clever. So glad you shared this with us at TIME OUT!

  6. Great combination of the challenges! Thanks for playing along with us at Make My Monday Challenge. Looking forward to seeing your creative projects in the future galleries again.

  7. Fabulous, love the effect of the CAS style. Thanks for joining in the challenge at Make My Monday. We look forward to seeing you visit us again. Caz. DT.
