Blowing Bubbles

Hello

I have been playing with bubbles today


Stencil the top half of a card blank with random circles
Emboss the green card and cut it to shape
Die cut a blue and a white rectangle, cut them in half to match the slope on the green card and glue white on white and blue on green
Stencil blue circles on the white half to match the green ones
Stamp and heat emboss the sentiment
Add some green washi tape to the edge
Dot nuvo drops around randomly
